Music & Recordings
All recordings released through Lunar Eternal Music Group are protected under Dutch and international copyright law. Unauthorized use including but not limited to the following is strictly prohibited:
- Reproducing or distributing recordings without permission
- Using recordings in commercial projects without a license
- Sampling recordings without clearing the sample
- Uploading or re-uploading releases to streaming platforms or websites without authorization
Artist Rights
Lunar Eternal Music Group respects and upholds the rights of all artists on its roster. Artists retain their moral rights over their work as defined under Dutch copyright law (Auteurswet). Any use of an artist's name, likeness, or work for commercial purposes requires explicit written consent from both the artist and Lunar Eternal Music Group.
Remix Contests
Stem packs provided for remix contests are made available for the sole purpose of creating contest submissions. By downloading stems you agree to:
- Use the stems only for the purpose of the remix contest
- Not distribute, sell, or release the stems or any derivative work without written permission
- Grant Lunar Eternal Music Group a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and promote winning remixes
Contest winners may have their remix officially released under Lunar Eternal Music Group subject to a separate agreement.
Fair Use & Press
Journalists, bloggers, and media outlets may use short excerpts, artist names, release titles, and publicly available images for editorial and review purposes. We ask that you credit Lunar Eternal Music Group and link back to lunareternalmusic.com where possible.

AI Training Opt-Out
